30-day guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or defective, is not what you ordered, or does not arrive, tell us within 30 days of delivery (or within 30 days after the estimated delivery window if it never arrived) and we will give you a full refund or a replacement, your choice.

How to ask

Email larkfinds1@gmail.com with your order email and, for damaged or wrong items, a clear photo. We reply within 2 business days. You do not need to ship the item back for damaged, wrong or lost orders.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been sent to the supplier yet we will cancel and refund it.

This policy does not limit rights you have under law.
