What we collect

When you order we receive your name, email, shipping address, and phone number (if you give one). Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your order, which includes sharing your name, address and phone number with our fulfillment supplier and the shipping carrier.
• To email you about your order and support requests.

Who sees it

Stripe (payments), our fulfillment supplier and carriers (delivery), and our website host (Cloudflare). We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's checkout may set cookies it needs for payment security, under its own privacy policy.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for support, accounting and tax law (generally up to 7 years).

Your choices

Email us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted (except records we must keep by law).

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.
